Summit of Stormrage (US) is recruiting dependable raiders for 10-player Heroic Dragon Soul and beyond.

Summit's core group of players has recently transferred to Stormrage and we're looking for a few more players who wish to join us for raiding in Dragon Soul and through and future expansions.
Summit is currently recruiting:
* 1 Full-time healer
* 1 Full-time tank
* DPS with tank or healer off-spec
* All roles for standby positions
Attendance is very important to us. We understand that real life comes first, but we ask that you notify us ahead of time if you will be unable to raid on any scheduled night. We require that you attend at least 90% of all raids.
We enjoy raiding. Continually failing, however, is not enjoyable. If you are under-performing in a raid, we will replace you if another player is available to join the raid. Additionally, anyone who causes drama will be removed from the guild. We try to keep a calm, but serious raiding environment, as it is a game and we are here to have fun.
We're not looking for anyone who feels that they are better than the rest of the group. Working as a team is important and raiding is a group effort. If you can't work as a team or if you are going to be putting yourself before others, we're not the right guild for you.
Constructive criticism is important. We are here to progress and if your mistakes are going to hold us back, we will point them out. We are not here to make you as an individual look bad, but sometimes we will have to point out mistakes people make during raids. You should not make the same mistake over and over again. If your connection or computer is going to be a big problem in raids and cause you to die repeatedly, or if you can't keep yourself from making the same mistake over and over again, you most likely won't be here for a long time.
Summit uses an open-discussion loot system, backed by EPGP for tracking. Essentially, the entire group is the loot master. All players are welcome to add their thoughts about who should receive an item, and typically the person that it is the best upgrade for receives it. However, the group leader may override any loot decision. As a trial (your first two weeks with us), you should not expect to receive any loot, unless no other players need the item.
Most of our core raiders have been together for a few years now (since Burning Crusade) and we expect to continue raiding through the rest of Cataclysm and future expansions.
These are the qualities that will ensure your stay with us is enjoyable and long-lasting:
* You're a dedicated player who maintains a 95% or higher raid attendance.
* You don't cause drama and have a mature attitude.
* You don't settle for 99%, you strive for 110%.
* You know how to play your class and spec.
* You take improvement and progress in raids seriously.
* You have the best gems and best enchants possible in the game.
* You don't make the same mistake twice.
* You always have flasks, potions, and food buffs for progression content.
Having even a few of these qualities is a good base to improve upon. We believe that skilled players will stand out of the crowd and we'll take notice.

Apex recently transferred to Stormrage (from Antonidas) and is now known as Summit. We look forward to continued raiding throughout Cataclysm and beyond.
